We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at taopeng46@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at taopeng46@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your NativeTone subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
