NativeTone is an AI-powered writing tool that helps users polish and adapt social media posts for different platforms and audiences. The Service is operated by SaaS ("we", "us", or "our").

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

NativeTone offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
